Give the Mobile a break

"What is this life, if full of care,

We have no time to stand and stare." few lines from the poem by William Henry Davies.

I was reminded of these lines being overburdened with the usages of mobile. Indeed, we have forgotten to enjoy many things in life which gave us joy a few years back. Life without an internet or a mobile kept us busy with many other things in life.
Although the gadgets today have made our life easy and they are an important part of our lives today.
Yet, sometimes we need to get away from such things Here are a few tips to  give a break to your mobile

Inculcate outdoor hobbies like gardening. If you have plants take more care of them than your mobile.

Keep your phone in a corner in a silent mode for a few hours, especially on a holiday.

Indoor games like Chess and Scrabble are brain games which keep the brain engaged and keeps all the family members sit together for sometime.

While taking walks or exercising, leave them at home. If you are on phone for a long time, your kids will also follow and crave for the mobile.   Give the kids more attention by being with them, rather than being on the phone.

We are all fond of taking selfies and pictures while eating, walking,  and whatever we are doing. Take pics only on special occasions not for posting for social media. No one has time to see what you are doing every day.

There are other things  we can do to keep ourselves away from the mobile, like cooking something nice for your family or friends.

I am sure you will more happy to give the mobile a break . Try!!!

..........or else you will  soon be tied up like this....
No time to stare at the beautiful world.
